Just to be clear on the status of paper certificates issued at WBU clubs after 1st April to EBU members.

I have checked and have been told that the EBU WILL continue to accept such points for registration under the following conditions:

1. This will initially be for a period of three years.

2. Such certificates will be submitted “en bloc” by each member, not more than once a year.

3. Statements will NOT be sent as a results of “paper” claims, but members can confirm receipt via the web-site.

EBU affiliated clubs will not be permitted to ISSUE paper awards after that date.
